Le phénomène de la punicisation a bien touché la cité numide de Maktar. Dans cette présentation succincte, certains aspects de cette punicisation sont évoqués : le toponyme dans sa forme préromaine, le théonyme « Ḥoṭer Miskar » et l’institution du Mizraḥ.

The phenomenon of Punicisation touched the Numidian city of Maktar. In this brief presentation, some aspects of this Punicisation are discussed: the place name in the pre-Roman form, the theonym “Ḥoṭer Miskar” and the institution of Mizraḥ.
