This paper aims to propose some considerations about the construction activity took place in Ravenna during the Vth and VIth centuries. The survey is based on the analysis of documentation traceable in the archives and on the results of archaeological investigations carried out starting from the Modern age. It is a theme not unpublished. I want to provide some information on the sidelines of the studies already published.
