Abstract

The present article is divided in two different sections. Our aim in the first section is to identify the deity names Χαρι and Ναζαία as possible transcriptions of both the pre-Islamic and On the other hand, the second section contains a remark on the toponym Ḥumaymah, which to our knowledge has been inappropriately related to the geographical name Ḥawwārah.
