En el reino de las Moiras. Comentario estilístico de Plu., De facie in orbe lunae 945C-945D

Con este estudio analizo los párrafos finales del De facie in orbe Lunae (945C-D) donde Plutarco adecua los espacios transitados por el hombre en su viaje escatológico descendente (desde el Sol hacia la encarnación) a la doctrina antigua, esencialmente platónica, de la entronización cósmica de las Moiras. El texto plutarqueo de estos párrafos (Mor. 945C-D) me sugiere diversas consideraciones que completan, discuten y aportan nuevas hipótesis sobre el texto y su interpretación estilística, así como sobre el pensamiento de Plutarco a propósito de este tema en relación con las fuentes y con sus propias reflexiones en otros tratados.

In this paper I analyze the last paragraphs of De facie in orbe lunae (945C-D). There Plutarch adapts the spaces, which men transite in their scatological descent from the Sun, to the ancient platonic doctrine concerning the regierung of the cosmos by the Moirae. This plutarchean text suggests me some considerations by means of which I full, discuss and propose new hypotheses on the text and its stylistic interpretation, as well as on Plutarch’s think about the topic and its relation to other literary sources or to reflexions of himself in other treatises of the Moralia.
