L’articolo illustra alcune forme di usate da Alcuino nei per rafforzare il proprio calore devozionale verso Dio, la Vergine Maria ed alcuni santi e per esprimere il profondo affetto verso i suoi discepoli, i suoi amici e il re.

Abstract

This article shows some kinds of used by Alcuin in for remarking his ardent devotion to God, Virgin Mary, and some saints and for expressing his sincere love to his students, his friends, and the king.
