Il contributo presenta due nuovi frammenti del Codex Iustinianus, provenienti da un ms. di ambito centro-italiano del sec. XII in. e riferibili, dal punto di vista testuale, alla cosiddetta « epitome aucta » espressione del rinascimento giuridico italiano.

The article presents two new and rare fragments of the Codex Iustinianus, coming from a central Italian ms. from the beginning of the twelfth century and referable to the so-called « epitome aucta » expression of the Italian legal renaissance.
