Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The article studies the proposal according to which to feel, is to be bothered as subject. Of phenomenological origin, this thesis, which one finds in Maldiney and Merleau-Ponty, takes its rise in deleuzean aesthetics. Through art, whose role according to Deleuze is to materialize sensation, one makes an experience which is irreducible to the traditional representative scheme, i.e. the scheme where the subject and the world come face to face. Therefore, this "pathic" moment of art consists in an unlearning of our natural and human perceptions.
