Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This paper deals with literary versions of The Adventures of Tintin, i.e. literary texts (novelizations or expansions) transposed or derived from Hergé's comics. By assumption, such a corpus - which turns over the concept, usually one-sided (novel-to-comics), of comics adaptation of literary works - spurs us to reconsider the relations between the two artistic media. By showing the diversity of this novelistic corpus, this article outlines its typology, supported by the reading of five novels.
