Abstract

The present article aims at clarifying the long tradition of thein Slavonic, which is derived from two different models, Latin and Greek. Both texts were translated into Slavonic and exerted mutual influences on each other, thus creating a rich and complex literary tradition that was not only used in liturgy, but also left its imprint in literature and the arts.

L’article vise à clarifier la longue tradition desen slave, qui est dérivée de deux traditions différentes, latine et grecque. Les deux textes ont été traduits en slave et ont exercé une influence mutuelle sur chacun, créant de ce fait une tradition littéraire riche et complexe qui a été non seulement employée dans la liturgie, mais a également laissé sa marque dans la littérature et les arts.
