L’article traite de la tradition italienne du De rerum natura de Lucrèce, notamment du ms. de Savignano sul Rubicone qui a été peu étudié. Le ms. est décrit de façon à le situer dans la tradition italienne. On propose que Pomponio Leto, l’une des plus grandes figures de l’humanisme italien du xv^e siècle, est l’auteur de cette copie, réalisée pendant son emprisonnement dans la prison du Castel Sant’Angelo. Il est ainsi possible d’affirmer qu’une famille de mss de Lucrèce émane de Pomponio Leto : le Neapolitanus, le Savignanus et le Basiliensis, outre l’incunable d’Utrecht de l’édition de Vérone (1486) annoté et corrigé par lui.

The article treats the Italian tradition of the De rerum natura of Lucretius, more specifically the manuscript «Savignano sul Rubicone», which has been little studied. The manuscript and text of the poem are described, and thereby situated in the Italian tradition. It is proposed that this manuscript was transcribed by Pomponio Leto, one of the greatest figures of fifteenth-century Italian humanism, during his imprisonment in Castel Sant’Angelo. It is thus possible to affirm that one family of the manuscripts of Lucretius emanates from Pomponio Leto: the Neapolitanus, the Savignanus and the Basiliensis, as well as the incunable in Utrecht of the Verona edition (1486), which he annotated and corrected.
